The Vertical Press and Lat Station is equipped with an array of press handles, enabling users of all sizes to change their grip and target distinct areas of the chest and triceps. The no-cable-change design allows for immediate transition to a Long Pull/Seated Row exercise, maximizing the growth, strength, and endurance of your back muscles.
Constructed with a sleek, structural tube frame, this durable, powder-coated device has a modern aesthetic, enhanced by full shrouds and covers for added safety. The station features impact-resistant fiberglass reinforced nylon pulleys and precision ground and sealed bearings, ensuring prolonged cable life and smooth movement. It also boasts 11-gauge 2.375" x 4.625" oval tubing on the main frame, adding to its overall strength and durability.
