At Fitness Experience we want our customers to rest assured that they are receiving the best price on the products they purchase. If you find a lower price currently advertised and in-stock at another Canadian retailer, we will match that price including shipping and services charges to our store.

Simply present proof that the item you wish to buy from Fitness Experience is advertised at a price lower than the Fitness Experience's retail price. A sales associate will need to verify that the item is identical and eligible for price match*, and once verified, Fitness Experience will sell you that item at the lower price including all shipping charges.

Terms & Conditions

• The item must be of the same brand and model, quantity, accessories, components, and located in Canada.
• The item must be new and factory sealed and subject to a manufacturer's warranty applicable in Canada.
• The item must be sold by a Manufacture authorized dealer located in Canada.
• Competitors’ prices must be in Canadian dollars and will be adjusted for any fees, taxes or other charges such as environmental handling fees and shipping.

Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to advertising errors or misprints. Additionally price match claims will be handled on a case by case basis in regards to Black Friday, Boxing Day, Cyber Monday / Week, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, OEM products, limited or minimum quantity or limited time offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, discontinued items, private sales, trade-in sales, one of a kind offers, club or wholesale pricing, and financing offers.

Products from select vendors are not eligible for the Competitor Price Match policy, these vendors include Concept2, Precor and Octane.

Fitness Experience is proud to provide our customers with a 30 Day Price guarantee on all products purchased from Fitness Experience retail stores and online at fitnessexperience.ca.

If you purchase an item from Fitness Experience and that item’s price is reduced within 30 days from your original purchase as indicated on your invoice, Fitness Experience will provide you the difference in the pricing in the form of a promotional store credit, valid for 180 days from the date of adjustment.

Terms & Conditions

• Price Guarantee’s are only available if the items carry the same item SKU Number, items with differing SKU numbers will not be eligible for a 30 Day Price Guarantee.
• All Price Guarantee claims must be submitted to the original purchasing store, if the item was purchased online please email your request to hello@fitnessexperience.ca.
• Price guarantees apply only to pricing at Fitness Experience, price guarantees will not be provided in connection with a competitor price match.
• Price guarantees will not be provided as a refund to your original payment method, rather the adjustment will be made in the form of store credit. The total value of your store credit will be available for use for 180 days from the date of adjustment, after this 180 day period your store credit will expire.
