Does Fitness Experience offer delivery and installation service?

Fitness Experience offers delivery and installation services in and around our store locations: Winnipeg, Regina, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Victoria and Nanaimo. 

Does Fitness Experience offer financing?

Fitness Experience offers financing for all equipment purchases through a few different partners.

Online customers can choose financing with Affirm at checkout. Additionally in-store financing is available through FinanceIT. Rates will vary depending on approved credit.

Can I try the equipment before I decide to purchase?

Fitness Experience is proud to have fully stocked retail showrooms in Winnipeg, Regina, Calgary, Edomonton, Vancouver, Victoria and Nanaimo. Our showrooms are open Monday - Saturday for you to try out your new fitness equipment.

Does Fitness Experience offer returns or exchanges

Is your new equipment not quite what you expected? Did something come up and you are unable to use it?

No worries, Fitness Experience offers our clients a 14 day return policy on all products still in the original packaging. If something is opened or assembled, just reach out and we will try to accommodate to the best of our ability.

Who helps if I need service work done?

Fitness Experience is proud to invest in our clients through an in-house service team.

We provide full warranty and non-warranty repair services on all products we sell. If you have an issue give our service team a call and we will take it from there. To learn more about our service team please visit our service page.

Didn't buy your equipment at Fitness Experience? We may still be able to help. Reach out with your serial number and make/model of equipment and our service advisors will work to get your equipment back up and running.
