The stopwatch feature is particularly detailed, displaying time in MM:SS:ss format (including 1/10s and 1/100s), suitable for tracking performance with precision. Additionally, it offers both countdown and count-up options, ranging from 00:00 to 99:59, accommodating various workout lengths.
The interval timer function is ideal for high-intensity interval training, with options for setting training and rest periods as well as cycles. Specialized modes like TABATA, offering 20 seconds of workout and 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds, and FGB (Fight Gone Bad) in two variations – FGB1 for 5 minutes of workout with 1 minute of rest for 5 rounds, and FGB2 for 3 rounds – add further utility for specific workout regimes.
