Fitness Experience provides its clients with factory-qualified in-house service, ensuring that their equipment is operating to its full potential. That means one phone call from our customers, and we take care of the rest. Diagnosis, Parts, Installs, Fixed. We do not use the services of a 3rd party contractor. This means shorter wait times for diagnosis appointments, and technicians that have expertise in maintaining and repairing our equipment brands. All warranty work is provided by Fitness Experience in your home*.
Our clients have the option of bringing non-warranty product into the store for servicing (MUST be pre-arranged with Service Department Staff), or choosing the convenience of in-home servicing.
For clients that prefer not to struggle to get their new equipment into their home, we offer affordable professional in-house Delivery and Installation Services in the Winnipeg Area*. We also offer equipment removal, for when that old equipment is no longer serving it's purpose.
If you need your equipment moved to a different part of the house, or from home to home, we offer our Relocation Service in the Winnipeg Area*. If it's not working right, we will make our recommendations and work with you to ensure that your exercise equipment is fully functional.
The Fitness Experience service department provides other services along with equipment repair. We can help reduce the chances of breakdown with our General Maintenance Service. Think of it like an oil change for your vehicle. Your equipment will be inspected, cleaned and tested. We will also provide our recommendations on what may need replacement, as well as guidance to how you can maintain your equipment yourself.
