The Wall Anchor handles the intense stress of heavy battle rope training. Can also be used to secure exercise bands and other rope training systems. The anchor opening measures 3.74" x 3.54" providing enough room for virtually all battle rope diameters. This kit includes 4 steel wall screws and anchors that can be used to secure the anchor to the wall.
