Whether you're using standard or Olympic weight plates, or even Ironmaster Quick-Lock Dumbbell weight plates, this attachment accommodates up to 100 lbs. of weight, providing a challenging workout for athletes of all levels.
Please note, the Super Bench in its flat position may require adjustments for users over 6'2" tall, such as rotating the bench up a notch or using a block for additional clearance. It's also compatible with both current and previous models of the Ironmaster self-spotting machine benches. However, its not compatible with the Super Bench PRO. Weight plates and the Super Bench are sold separately but the attachment comes with a vinyl Roller Cover Set pre-installed for added durability and comfort.
