The PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP Stage 4 is an adjustable dumbbell system that provides the foundation for a customized workout that can grow with you. Sold in pairs, the Stage 4 is the expansion set to increase the weight limits from Stages 1, 2 and 3. This provides users the ability to use weights from 5 to 100 pounds, with the ability to adjust the weight in either 2.5lb or 5lb increments.
