Unlike traditional chest presses, the RS-1301 starts with the exercise handles at chest level. As the workout progresses, the machine rocks rearward, positioning the handles in line with the chin. This movement closely mirrors the natural arched trajectory of a bench press, ensuring users engage muscles more effectively and naturally. Most notably, the design consciously minimizes the stress on the anterior shoulder capsule which often comes with horizontal arm extension and internal rotation.
