HYROX

Train by Station

Hyrox Races combine both running and functional workout stations. The race consists of eight 1km runs with a functional workout station in-between. Get race ready with equipment tailored to each station.

Station 1 : SkiErg

The first HYROX station kicks off with 1000 meters on the SkiErg. While it’s best known for working the arms, shoulders, and core, proper technique also brings the lower body into play—turning it into a challenging, full-body workout.

Station 2/3: Sled Push / Pull

The second station is the 50-meter Sled Push. This one can catch athletes off guard, so it’s smart to practice it beforehand and show up with solid, grippy footwear. The movement puts heavy emphasis on the lower body, engaging the posterior chain, core, and especially the front of the thighs.

Station three is the 50-meter Sled Pull, a powerhouse exercise that fires up your glutes, back, biceps, and core all at once.
