What does your delivery service include?
We will deliver your equipment, carry it inside, place it exactly where you want it, assemble and test it, and remove all packaging materials before we go.
Who performs the delivery and installation?
All deliveries and installations are completed by our in-house, trained technicians. This ensures every job meets our Fitness Experience quality standards.
Can I schedule delivery at a specific time?
We understand that life gets busy and it’s not always easy to plan around a delivery. That’s why we keep things simple and flexible. Our team will work with you to provide a delivery time frame that fits your schedule, so you can get on with your day. We also give you a courtesy call when we’re on the way, ensuring your delivery and installation happen smoothly and stress-free.
How do I know if delivery and installation services are available in my area?
Delivery and installation services are available in most major cities and their surrounding areas. To confirm avialability of delivery services in your area please contact your nearest Fitness Experience location.
How should I prepare for a delivery appointment?
We’re here to make the delivery and installation process as simple as possible. We just ask that the area where your equipment will be placed is clear, and that the pathway between the entrance and the final location is free of obstacles.
