The PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP Stage 2 is an adjustable dumbbell system that provides the foundation for a customized workout that can grow with you. Sold in pairs, the Stage 2 is the expansion set to increase the weight limits from Stage 1. This provides users the ability to use weights from 5 to 60 pounds, with the ability to adjust the weight in either 2.5lb or 5lb increments.
