Make use of the J-hooks and safety spotter arms at the front of the FTS with your favourite FitWay Olympic Bar!
The FTS also includes built in plate storage, dip attachment, landmine attachment, lat pull down bar, two single handles, ankle cuff, tricep rope, waist strap, multi purpose bar, and a vertical olympic bar holder.
