The GS348B Smith Machine features a commercial-grade linear ball-bearing system with 20 cross-member lock-out points for safety and a 25 lb. Olympic bar rated at 600 lbs. The integrated free-weight gunrack system includes 14 lift-off and racking positions, 17” safety spotter arms, and a massive 1,000 lb. weight capacity—offering the best of both worlds: Smith-controlled and free-weight training.
