Included in the kit are two essential components: (1) a Digital Chest Belt ANT+ Transmitter and (1) an Internal Digital ANT+ Receiver. The chest belt is worn around your chest during workouts, and it transmits heart rate data wirelessly to the receiver, which is connected to your WaterRower's Series 4 monitor. It’s important to note that this kit is specifically compatible with the Series 4 monitor and must be connected internally for optimal performance.
One of the standout features of this digital heart rate monitor is its extended transmission distance of 1.5 meters, compared to the 1.0 meters offered by analog monitors. This extended range allows the receiver to be placed internally or adjacent to the monitor, eliminating the need for unsightly extension cables and simplifying your workout setup. The WaterRower Digital Heart Rate Monitoring Kit is compatible with Series 4 version 2 or newer monitors, ensuring a smooth and integrated user experience. However, it is not compatible with Series 4 Version 1 monitors.
